At Build Brands Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, BB Lab (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

To provide our intermediary services effectively, we collect certain information from you:

• Personal Information: We collect your name, email address, phone number, and physical shipping address when you register for an account. This is necessary for order fulfillment and communication.
• Sensitve Data (Photos & Files): With your explicit permission, our App accesses your device's camera and photo gallery. This allows you to upload product images for sourcing, shipping labels, and payment receipts. These files are stored securely on our servers solely to process your orders.
• Communication Data: We collect and store messages shared through our in-app support chat to facilitate coordination and resolve service issues.
• Device Information: We may collect data such as device model, Operating System version, and unique device identifiers to ensure App compatibility and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed based on your consent and our legitimate business interests:

• To facilitate the sourcing, purchase, and international importation of goods.
• To manage your user account and verify your identity.
• To send push notifications and emails regarding order status updates.
• To coordinate with logistics partners for warehouse storage and delivery.
• To monitor and improve the performance and security of the App.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only in these limited cases:

• Logistics Providers: We share your shipping address and contact details with shipping companies and warehouse operators to deliver your orders.
• Technical Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for cloud hosting, database management, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose data if required by Thai law or international customs regulations.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and secure server environments to protect data from unauthorized access. Only authorized employees of Build Brands Co., Ltd. have access to personal user data.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access and Correction: You can view and edit your profile data directly in the App.
• Data Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, please contact us via email. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Terms of Service

(For customers using purchasing and importing services from China)
Customers who use import-only services are requested to read the terms in Section B below.

1. Welcome to the platform of Build Brands Co., Ltd. Please carefully read these Terms of Service before using or registering on the platform, as they define your legal rights and obligations.
2. Intermediary Service Build Brands Co., Ltd. operates as an intermediary platform to facilitate the purchase of goods from China. The Company is not the seller of the products. All transactions occur directly between the customer and the Chinese seller. Build Brands Co., Ltd. shall not be responsible for issues such as incorrect color, model, or damage during transportation, but will assist in coordination.
3. Insurance and Compensation If insurance is not purchased, compensation for lost goods is limited to two (2) times the transportation fee.
   If insurance is purchased (3-5% of value):

   • Total loss: full compensation up to the insured value.
   • Partial damage: compensation based on proportional damage.
   • Fragile goods (e.g., glass, lamps) are non-insurable.
4. Shipping Duration Estimated delivery is 5-7 days by land and 12-15 days by sea after container sealing. Delays due to force majeure events are beyond our control.
5. Storage Fees Goods not collected within seven (7) days at the Thailand warehouse will incur a storage fee of THB 100 per day. Unclaimed goods exceeding forty (40) days may be auctioned to recover costs.

Section B. Additional Terms

1. Counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods are not accepted.
2. The Company does not open packages unless required by law or customs.
3. Refunds for canceled or out-of-stock items will be credited within ten (10) days.
4. Build Brands Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
